Meet Hunter
Hello! You are the author of your life story. At times, challenges like depression, anxiety, stress, or relationship struggles can pull us away from our values and reshape the narrative we wish to create. As a therapist, my goal is to help you reframe your story, recognize the narratives that may no longer serve you, and develop new perspectives that empower you. Together, we can reconstruct your life with a sense of control, optimism, and the ability to externalize the challenges you face.
I am a clinician with over eight years of experience in integrated care settings, providing direct patient care and supervising associate-level clinicians. My approach is evidence-based yet flexible, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet my patients needs.
Respecting and affirming your identity is central to my practice. As an LGBTQIA+ identifying clinician, I understand the unique challenges within LGBTQIA+ culture and provide a space of genuine support and guidance. If you’re ready to take control of your story and shape it into one that aligns with your values, please reach out to set up a consultation.
