Our Services
-
We offer a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation to help us determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. This brief call gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your therapists approach, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of how your clinician works. Finding the right therapeutic relationship is important, and this no-pressure conversation can help you decide if moving forward together feels right for you.
-
We provide comprehensive mental health evaluations to gain a clear understanding of your emotional, psychological, and behavioral functioning. This structured assessment helps identify concerns, clarify diagnoses when appropriate, and guide personalized treatment recommendations. The evaluation process includes a detailed clinical interview and, when needed, standardized assessment tools. Our goal is to ensure you leave with greater clarity, practical next steps, and a plan tailored to your specific needs.
-
Individual therapy sessions are 53–60 minutes and provide a dedicated space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, confidential environment. Together, we will work toward your goals at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may focus on developing coping skills, processing life transitions, improving relationships, or addressing specific mental health concerns.
